The 48-Hour Boynton Beach Itinerary You Didn't Know You Needed

Boynton Beach has a way of surprising people. Most visitors come for the beach and leave having discovered a food scene, art community, and natural beauty they didn't expect. We've distilled our best recommendations into the perfect 48-hour itinerary.
Day 1: Morning
Start with breakfast at Salt & Ember (you're already here, after all). Then grab one of our complimentary bikes and ride down to Oceanfront Park Beach. The morning light on the water is genuinely special — and the beach is usually quiet before 10 AM.
Day 1: Afternoon
After the beach, head to Green Cay Nature Center. The elevated boardwalk through the wetlands is one of the most beautiful walks in all of South Florida. Budget 90 minutes — you'll want to linger.
"Green Cay is our concierge team's single most-recommended activity. Every single guest who goes comes back raving about it."
Day 1: Evening
Clean up and head to the rooftop for sunset cocktails. Then dinner at Salt & Ember — our wood-fired snapper with saffron risotto is the dish we're most proud of. If it's Friday or Saturday, stay for the live acoustic set.
Day 2: Morning
Sleep in. Order room service. Then take advantage of the spa — our 60-minute deep tissue massage was designed specifically for guests who carry their stress in their shoulders (so, everyone).
Day 2: Afternoon
Drive 15 minutes to Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. It's one of the best downtown strips in Florida — boutique shopping, art galleries, and fantastic restaurants. Walk the full length and stop wherever catches your eye.
Day 2: Evening
For your final dinner, try Hurricane Alley on the Intracoastal. It's casual, fun, and the waterfront sunset views are unbeatable. Then come back to the hotel for one last rooftop nightcap.
