Salt & Ember is The Meridian's signature restaurant — a wood-fired kitchen built around locally sourced ingredients and the belief that great food starts with great producers. Our chef partners with Palm Beach County farms, day-boat fishermen, and artisan purveyors to craft menus that change with the seasons.
Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooftop terrace bar serves craft cocktails and light bites nightly with live acoustic sets on Fridays and Saturdays.
