Most Apex clients own more cars than they can drive each week. They should not spend their Tuesday morning trying to get a 1,230-pound Spider into the service bay. We collect the car, we return the car, we manage its resting state between visits.
The work of owning a proper collection is mostly logistics.
A garage of four significant cars represents a full-time administrative burden. Each car has a service interval. Each car has a fuel schedule. Each car has insurance conditions, storage preferences, seasonal considerations, and factory-recommended care that compounds as the collection grows. The owner hasn't typically signed up for a second job managing this — they signed up for the cars themselves.
Apex's concierge program exists to take that administrative load. We pick up, we deliver, we manage the in-between. We coordinate with the client's detail team if work happens at home. We coordinate with the client's storage facility if different from our own. We liaise with the client's insurance carrier when service visits need to be documented for a specific policy endorsement. And we do this on a schedule the client sets, with no surprises.
For Enthusiast members, concierge is available at per-trip rates. For Connoisseur members, unlimited pickup and delivery within Palm Beach County is included. For Collector members, we extend concierge coverage to South Florida, plus dedicated event transport up to twice per year.

Every concierge service is delivered by an Apex-employed driver (we don't outsource) in an Apex-owned enclosed transporter. The driver holds a current CDL with clean commercial record and has been background-checked for exotic car work.
Enclosed pickup & delivery
Our enclosed transporter (Featherlite dual-axle, climate-controlled) arrives at your residence or storage location at a scheduled time. Vehicle is loaded by our driver with wheel chocks and soft straps — we do not use nylon straps on leather or suede interiors. Vehicle is transported to our facility, serviced, and returned on the same scheduling basis.

Trickle-charge & start program
For cars that sit between drives, we manage the mechanical-health side of dormancy. Monthly trickle-charge visits (for cars at home, we come to you; for cars in our storage, it's continuous). Biweekly start-and-idle rotation to circulate fluids and prevent flat-spotting. Battery health reporting via the client portal.

Event transport & coordination
For concours events (Amelia Island, Cavallino, Pebble Beach, Greenwich, Hilton Head) we handle full transport coordination. Cross-country moves use our network of pre-vetted specialist carriers. Regional moves use our own transporter. We coordinate arrival timing, insurance endorsements, and show-site delivery windows.

Pre-departure ignition check
Your car is scheduled for a road trip, a track weekend, or a season of heavy use. We perform a dedicated pre-departure check 72 hours before your planned use: fluid levels, tire condition, brake wear, battery condition, full diagnostic scan with factory scan tool. Report delivered to your portal the day before you drive.

Every tier includes our local pickup and delivery within Palm Beach County. Connoisseur and Collector members receive progressively broader coverage — Dade, Broward, Martin, St. Lucie counties at Connoisseur, and full South Florida plus two annual event transports at Collector.
Non-members are welcome to use concierge services at published per-trip rates. Pricing is listed on each service card; all concierge services can also be billed directly against a service invoice or storage contract.

One year. 1,400 trips. Zero transit incidents.
We've operated our own enclosed transporter since 2019. Our logs, our drivers, our insurance. We do not outsource local transport, and we do not outsource the major concours runs (Amelia, Cavallino) either.
