Our storage wing holds twenty-two exotic and collector vehicles in factory-spec atmospheric conditions year-round. Biometric access, full-spectrum lighting, and a documented chain of custody for every car — from the moment it enters until the moment it leaves.
The facility, measured.
Climate specifications are monitored continuously and logged to client portal. Historical data is archived for three years. Any deviation beyond tolerance triggers an on-site response within 15 minutes.

Logged entry
Most cars are not broken by driving. They are broken by sitting.
A properly-stored exotic needs four things year-round: stable temperature, stable humidity, continuous air circulation, and periodic mechanical exercise. Most residential garages fail three of four. South Florida residential garages fail all four — the daily thermal cycle between air-conditioned house and sun-baked driveway, combined with Atlantic humidity that swings 40 percentage points between seasons, is destructive to seals, leather, upholstery, paint, and electrical systems.
Our storage wing was designed to eliminate these variables. It holds 72°F ±1.5° and 45% relative humidity ±3%, continuously, with redundant HVAC systems. The facility is climate-controlled in the same way a museum archive is climate-controlled — continuously monitored, logged, alarmed, and backed up. If a tenant vehicle experiences any environmental deviation, we know about it within 15 minutes and we correct it within 60.
Beyond climate.
Storage is more than weather. Our wing provides $1M in per-vehicle coverage through Heacock Classic (verified by certificate of insurance on arrival, renewed annually). Polished epoxy-sealed flooring prevents tire-rubber imprinting. Full-spectrum LED lighting rated at 10,000 lumens lets you properly evaluate paint condition on any vehicle, any time, without dragging it to a showroom. 24/7 biometric entry gives you access when you want it, while logging every visit for insurance and security purposes.
Additional on-demand services — hand wash, detail, biweekly start-and-rotate, event transport — are available per car or bundled via Apex Club membership. Most Collector-tier members run all four services on all vehicles in storage; most Enthusiast members opt into trickle charging only. Any combination is available.
Six systems, monitored continuously.
Every system has a redundant backup. Every system is logged to the client portal. Every alarm triggers a technician call-out within 15 minutes, 24/7/365.
Climate control
Two independent HVAC systems, primary and redundant, each rated for the full facility load. Dedicated dehumidifier stack. Air-exchange rate every 47 minutes. Temperature and RH sensors at 22 points with data logged every 60 seconds. Any deviation beyond tolerance is an alarm condition.
Access control
Biometric fingerprint + 6-digit PIN at the facility door. Owner and one designated delegate per vehicle. Every access event logged with timestamp and duration. Reports available on-demand through the client portal for insurance or custody-documentation purposes.
Lighting
10,000-lumen full-spectrum LED across all 22 stalls, mounted in 4,000K color-corrected fixtures. Motion-activated by default with manual override. Proper lighting lets you evaluate paint, check a fluid leak, or perform a walk-around without pulling a car into the service bay.
Security
Monitored 24/7 by Allied Universal. 16 cameras with 30-day archive. Door and motion sensors throughout. Connection to Jupiter Police for direct dispatch. We have never had a storage incident — and the facility is built so that if we do, we will know within 90 seconds.
Fire suppression
Clean-agent fire suppression (FM-200) throughout the storage wing — no water-based systems, which would destroy vehicles in any discharge event. FM-200 suppresses fire without damaging interiors, electronics, or paint. Annual inspection by South Florida Fire Protection.
Environmental logging
All environmental data logged continuously and archived for three years. Accessible through client portal or delivered on-demand as a PDF for insurance or resale documentation. If your car is ever sold, a certified environmental-condition log is a meaningful provenance asset.

Interior dimensions 11' × 22' with 10' ceiling clearance. Epoxy-sealed polished concrete. 4-point wheel-chock rails. 20A dedicated 120V circuit per stall with CTEK trickle charger pre-installed. LED ceiling fixture (motion-activated + manual) at 10,000 lumens full-spectrum.
Minimum commitment
Standard contract is 12 months with quarterly billing. 24-month contracts receive 10% discount. Short-term (under 90 days) available for transitional storage during construction, sale, or snowbird migration at a 15% premium rate.

Every stored vehicle is covered to $1M replacement value through Heacock Classic, an A.M. Best A+ rated specialty carrier for collector and exotic automobiles. Coverage is facility-inclusive — the owner's personal policy is not accessed for storage-incident claims.
Certificates of insurance are renewed annually. Copies are provided to each tenant owner on request, and kept on file for audit. Coverage extends through the vehicle's time in the facility and while in transit via our enclosed transporter.
